Promoting a healthy lifestyle is an important practice to follow. Just a reminder to our families that students at Father Mercredi are not allowed to drink energy drinks while on school property; this in accordance with our district operating policy 138 and Alberta Nutrition Guidelines for Children and Youth. Energy drinks include Pre-workout drinks that contain high amounts of caffeine. According to Health Canada neither of these types of drinks should be consumed by individuals under the age of 18.
